The Senior Human Resources Advisor will work with the Divisional Head of HR and the broader HR team to manage a number of business critical HR projects. This critical role will provide an opportunity for a highly capable human resources professional to impact the on-going success of the business. This role will allow you to work across a broad range of HR initiatives/projects. To be considered for this exciting role you will: - Have strong generalist HR experience preferably in a large retail organisation environment
- Have demonstrated experience in managing key HR projects focussing on developing talent & capability
- Be experienced in developing and managing key stakeholder relationships
- Be very familiar with the principles and processes for talent management and succession planning
- Be a self-starter who enjoys the autonomy of a fast paced role, and is able to effectively interact with the broader HR community
- Be able to work 3 - 4 days per week city fringe location
- Be tertiary qualified (preferred)
