Our client, one of the largest multinational telecommunication organization located in Melbourne are looking for a strong Business Analysts with prior experience working with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse and validate requirements for the implementation of, or cosolidations to, business processes and information systems. The candidate will also need to cover off the following: - 6 months long term renewable contracts!

Reporting to group manager and working with one of the most dynamic IT and T environment in the country, this position is a Business Analyst role where you will have to Responsibilities: - Identify, gather and document business requirements through consultation with the business, formal analysis and assessment of needs
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to understand their issues, needs and expectations and the elicit requirements
- Change Management and processes
- Maintain a close working relationship with Business Stakeholder Representatives
- Work closely with project managers, systems architects, test leads, team leaders and team members
Skills & Experience: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work to timelines
- Proven delivery record on projects in a complex & large organisation
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of the group, business stakeholders and the technical teams (internal and vendor)
- Experienced in facilitating and coordinating workshops involving multiple parties in multiple locations
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Nice to have attributes:
- Change Management experience
- Experience in telecommunications/telco applications is very highly regarded.
