Our Canberra based client requires a contract Business Analyst to fulfil a challenging new contract position.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for liaising with business experts, users and programmers to identify, obtain, analyse and document business requirements.

You should have 5+ years demonstrable experience in a BA role and have excellent communication and consulting skills.

The required skills and experience include:

• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Business rule definition
• Process/workflow design
• Requirements analysis / management,
• Process analysis and modelling, process improvement, business process redesign
• Strong communication skills
• Coaching / mentoring of less experienced Business Analysts.

This is an initial contract position until the end of June with the option to extend for up to 2 years.
