A high profile global blue chip organisation is seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer/Consultant to join their talented and dedicated team on a permanent basis in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be required to deliver the design, implementation and administration of IT solutions within small to medium projects across ANZ. This is a client-facing role where you will lead a small team to ensure customers satisfaction.

The following duties you will be required to perform but are not limited to:

• Perform technical and administrative tasks on client site
• Develop good working relationships with customers.
• Development of individual components or deliverables (ie scripts, application modules, testing, product installation, product configuration)
• Provide support to more senior consultants/architects
• Perform application and technical architecture testing
• Transfer skills to junior team members

To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria;

• Bachelor of IT or equivalent experience
• Advanced Infrastructure skills in Microsoft, Windows and networking concepts
• Strong knowledge and/or experience in Citrix products
• CCNA and MCSE certification is preferred
• Impeccable documentation skills
• High order problem solving and communication skills
