This is a rare opportunity to join an enterprise organisation and be part of a multi-million dollar SAP initiative. The SAP FICO Consultant will be tasked with a broad range of responsibilities, from analysis and planning to implementation, testing, support and training.

This role sits within a group that resolves service level requests and provides timely issue and problem management. A major component of the role is gathering user requirements and analysing solutions and impacts. Furthermore, you will perform configuration and testing activities, and use your expertise in SAP FICO to mentor junior SAP support consultants, facilitate knowledge sharing activities and provide training for the users.

Ideally you will have a strong support background with specialised knowledge in SAP Finance and Control, preferably ECC6 modules. You will have knowledge in ITIL, excellent customer service skills, a technical understanding of SAP as well as how it relates to business needs. Excellent communications skills are a must.
