A large IT Services company are seeking a DB2 DBA to join their team onsite at a Bank. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company.

Key tasks:

• Ability to solve problems and provide resolutions to DB2 issues
• Ability to write DB2 SQL and DB2 stored procedures. The person should be familiar with DB2 commands and DB2 infrastructure.
• Perform UNIX administration including maintaining users, file systems and disk configurations and networks

Candidates should have:

• Extensive DB2 experience
• Understanding of Datawarehouse concepts; DW modelling, ETL tools, etc..
• Knowledge of DB2 DPF on UNIX (AIX) and ZOS - a MUST !
• Exposure to AIX Scripting
• Unix systems administration experience.
