Our Sydney based client require an experienced Database Administrator with expertise in CRM and web based systems.

The purpose of the role is to:

  • Maintain administrative effectiveness of the Database / CRM and online administration of all systems
  • Provide support, service, training and guidance to all staff in respect of the CRM system
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the database and CRM system
  • Audit, maintain and support the processes involved in the CRM

General responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining system code for various product lines and activities
  • Maintaining and managing duplicate records
  • Extracting data using SQL queries
  • Dealing with system error reports and actioning them to maintain data integrity
  • Act as a point of contact as and when issues arise
  • Assist with compiling reports and searches using the data base fields
  • Creating / Modifying / updating Crystal reports

The skills and experience required to be successful include:

  • Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in Database administration.
  • MS SQL Server
  • Crystal Reports
  • Experience within the education & training sector or a professional service environment
  • Working experience with and an understanding of CRM systems.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills is a must
