This is a great opportunity to work for a market leader in the provision of software solutions to the Health industry. Your role will be 2nd level technical support for clients.
Your role will include the following responsibilities: - Customer Support and problem resolution for software application
- Customer Support and problem resolution for an Electronic Claiming & Payments services
- Managing and supporting software applications in a Windows Client Server environment
- Executing SQL DB functions - backups, restores and queries
- Manage and execute customer application upgrades remotely
- Manage Customer Support functions using defined SLA's and business processes
- Log and document Customer Support functions using defined business systems
- Continually develop and maintain knowledge in the supported products and services
- Escalate customer support items using defined SLA's and business processes
You should have the following skills and experience: - Previous Customer Support role in IT
- Previous experience in application software support and problem resolution experience
- Strong knowledge and support of SQL and SQL DB experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems
- Advanced customer management skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced problem analysis and solving skills
- IT Network support experience
