Desktop Support Officer you will providing support to various business units within a Windows XP & 7 environment. This may include Executive Support
In this role you will be required to do all round support and troubleshooting. This is a diverse role where you will need to be proactive and take initiative.
The Role:- - Supporting all desktop software over the phone and email
- Communication with internal and external business units
- Resolve queries professionally
- Evaluate new technology in accordance with business units
- Adhering to exceptional customer service
Must have:- - Minimum 12 months experience within 1st Level Support
- Experience working with a broad clientele
- High call volume experience
- Must have adhered to strict SLA's
- First call resolution
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Analytical, logical, structured problem solver
- Positive and keen attitude
