Customer Service Representative - IT Software Support 
Seeking a Software Support person:
  • To respond to and resolve customer software issues

Australian owned; providing customers with complete retail management solutions. Applications include integrated CMS, POS, GL, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Debtors, Payroll, Raw Materials, Franchising, Loyalty Systems and much more. H/O is located in regional Victoria East of Pakenham.
 
The company provides mission-critical software for clients from SMB right through to multi-million dollar businesses with multiple sites, throughout Australia and New Zealand.
 
Skills required:

  • Software Help Desk Resolution skills
  • Customer Service excellence
  • Experience in retail and technical IT role
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT preferred
  • Able to read source code
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision
  • Available for work in Regional Victoria (40 km east of Pakenham) or on customer sites
  • Skilled communicator
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
