Our client is a Perth based internationally operating ITC consulting business. They have a focus in the niche area of providing ITC services to resource sector companies based in Australia with overseas operations and branch offices.
Our client is currently seeking a - Level 1/2 Support Officer perm full-time Job details:
Standard Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm working hours:
- To service clients and sites in West Perth and CBD areas only
- Mix of remote (over the phone service desk) and deskside (hands-on) IT support.
- Windows 7 and Microsoft 2008 Server R2 environment. Must have skills in Microsoft operating systems. Hardware - desktop PCs, thin clients, printers, etc. Active Directory- permissions and user creations. Networking technologies: TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, Routing, VPN, DNS, DHCP, ADSL device deployment.
- Ideally MCTS Windows 7 certified (and any other qualifications preferred)
- Client base is predominantly international resource companies - Oil & Gas and Mining. This position is within the team supporting the mining area/clients.
