Service Desk Analyst A large multinational is looking for multiple Service Desk Analysts to join their organization. They are looking for IT Graduate (or equivalent) candidates who are looking for their first role or junior candidates who have up to 2 years experience. You must have exceptionally high customer service skills & a strong desire to work for this major institution. Cultural fit will be the deciding factor; you will be fully trained and offered a genuine career path. Duties: - Provide ongoing customer service support for scope of IT Service Desk
- Monitor queues and respond to customer contacts within Service Desk protocols
- Analyse the customer problem and respond with problem/issue resolution or escalate as appropriate
- Assist in the management of key customer relationships, ensuring ongoing service satisfaction, and liaise between customer and technology representatives as required
