Skills required: - Software testing, documentation and resolution skills
- Customer Service excellence
- Experience in product training
- Tertiary qualifications in IT preferred
- Customer focused
- Can work independently with minimum supervision
- Available for work in Regional Victoria (east of Pakenham)
- Skilled communicator
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
