This innovative and leading organisation has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Java Developer to join their team in Melbourne CBD.

You will play a pivotal role where your primary role includes designing, developing, consulting,  maintaining and supporting systems.  In addition you will assist in mentoring the team members in various aspects of Java development, test driven development and agile methodology.

To be successful you must have:

• Java, Spring framework
• WebSphere 6 & RAD
• HTML, Javascript
• Strong test driven development experience
• Demonstrated experience in aspects of unit testing - httpunit, selenium, junit
• Ant Scripting
• Oracle Database, SQL, Scripting
• Experience in code reviews processes and best practices in Java development
• Unix Scripting (bash/other)
• Agile methodology/sprint concepts
• Continuous deployment/delivery - Attlasian projects including Jira, Jenkins, Fast refresh

You will possess excellent communication skills along with analytical ability and attention to detail.
