Our Canberra based client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to jon their team on a 3-6 month contract with a possible 12 month extension. The Change Manager will be responsible for meeting business, schedule and budget objectives with primary focus on creating and implementing communications plans and cultural change including changes to business processes and technology structures. You should be able to create and deliver transition strategies that encompass; - Communications Plans
- Cultural change
- Training packages across ICT and Business
- Process / workflow plans
In addition, you should be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies and or qualifications from a recognised tertiary institution.
