Our client, a corporate IT and T giant is looking for an experienced Program Manager - Retail This role will be responsible with driving and delivering one of the organisation's retail streams together with one of the most dynamic team in the country, this position offers challenge and high visibility within the organization. - 6 months renewable contract!

The right candidate will need to be very focussed on the organization's Retail direction and have the ability to work across the various lines of business. Key Role Accountabilities - Work with the GM and the Director of Sales & Service (Retail) in leading the e program
- Work collaboratively across business units to drive the implementation, ensuring alignment with Program and Project Teams
- Identify the key stakeholders and where applicable, manage stakeholder's expectations to achieve the business objectives.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the Program Development & Delivery team and external stakeholders
- Management and meeting of delivery deadlines, including management of interdependencies
Required Skills - The desire, drive and passion to deliver a seamless customer and people experience through the transition
- Strategic thinking and thought leadership skills
- Solid experience in preparing and communicating strategic recommendations
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills being able to work with or lead diverse groups to obtain information and influence change
- Degree in a relevant field or minimum 3-5 years experience as a Program Manager
- Experience managing large-scale, people focussed programs of work
- Expertise in the use of required Microsoft tools (eg MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Visio)
