- Leads project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for medium to large sized projects
- Capture items not within the approved project scope and apply the approved change request process, ensuring project is delivered to an agreed timeframes and budget
- Provide timely and transparent status reporting to Project Stakeholders (i.e. Operations Systems Program Coordinator, Business Stakeholders and the PMO)
To be successful you will have the following skills:
- Tertiary education in IT related field
- 5-10 years in Project Management and Coordination within the IT environment of medium to large sized projects
- Experience with in Port & Rail
- Experience with SAP / ERP would be preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated working knowledge or Project Management framework (PRINCE2, CPDEP, PMP or similar)
- Confident communications skills, skilled at interacting within a major capital project environment across all levels.
