The Organisation:

The Opportunity:
The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the installed PABX system including the resolution of customer support issues, complete service requests and moves, adds, changes and deletions on the Nortel Voice platform. 

The Person:
To be considered for this role you will ideally have:
 Sound experience within an IT/Telecommunications/Support environment;
 Demonstrated experience in communicating across all levels of an organisation;
 Possess a strong knowledge of the Nortel PABX system with full competency in installation, testing and Maintenance.
