A fantastic contract opportunity has become available for a Program Manager to join this high profile Implementation and Go-Live project, responsible for the planning framework using Target Operating Model TOM methodology and schedule management, reporting and governance.

The Role:

• Ensuring Implementation and Go-Live planning framework is defined and documented.
• Ensure alignment between the Target Operating Models and the Go-Live frameworks. .
• Defining and communicating the data needed to ensure program governance.
• Carry out impact assessments for the schedule of the program.

Your Background:

• Proven successful experience as a Program Manager, working in a similar large complex project environment.
• Experience of Program Management to support enterprise wide Program Management.
• The ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders across multiple organisations
• Strong problem solving skills
• Experience with Organisational Change methodologies including TOM approach to Organisational Transformation.
• Excellent organisational, time management and prioritising skills
