We are currently seeking an experienced telesales consultant to join our commercial team and focus on growing our business within the corporate space. In this temp role you will focus on making outbound phone calls to prospective clients within the Melbourne CBD, you will quickly build rapport and arrange for the new client to meet with one of our highly experienced recruitment consultants to discuss their recruitment needs and how HOBAN is able to add value to their business as a recruitment partner.

To be successful in this role you must have experience in business to business telesales and outstanding communication skills, you must have the ability to build rapport with people over the phone quickly and the charisma to achieve excellent results. In addition, you will be self motivated, determined, resilient and outcome driven.
